Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
Strong knowledge of academic library management, cataloging and classification, collection development, and information services.
Proficiency in library automation systems, digital resources, electronic databases, and other emerging library technologies.
Knowledge of academic library standards, accreditation requirements, and current best practices is an advantage.
