Logistics Distribution Manager

<p>Our client, a well-established <strong>specialty chemicals and dyestuffs trading company</strong>, is hiring a <strong>Logistics & Distribution Executive</strong> to manage logistics, inventory, dispatch, and coordination with distributors across multiple locations.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Moti Nagar, New Delhi</p><p> <strong>Type:</strong> Full-time | On-site</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete <strong>order-to-delivery cycle</strong>, including billing and dispatch.</li><li>Maintain <strong>daily stock reports</strong> and monthly inventory reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare <strong>Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards</strong> using PivotTables, formulas, and lookups.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for <strong>vehicle placement, freight negotiation, and timely deliveries</strong>.</li><li>Manage <strong>sub-distributor orders, dispatch tracking, collections, and account reconciliation</strong>.</li><li>Monitor <strong>receivables, payments, and in-transit shipments</strong>.</li><li>Supervise <strong>warehouse inward/outward movement and stock accuracy</strong>.</li><li>Prepare monthly <strong>stock, dispatch, inventory, and rebate MIS reports</strong>.</li><li>Resolve <strong>billing, dispatch, and delivery issues</strong> quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare <strong>customer and transporter account reconciliations</strong> and support financial tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with <strong>sales, accounts, and warehouse teams</strong> to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p>Skills & Experience<ul><li><strong>3+ years’ experience</strong> in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.</li><li>Strong <strong>MS Excel & MIS reporting skills</strong> — PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation.</li><li>Experience in <strong>inventory control, stock reconciliation, and multi-location dispatch</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>transporter coordination, vehicle scheduling, and warehouse operations</strong>.</li><li>Experience managing <strong>distributor accounts, collections, and reconciliations</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>communication, attention to detail, and ownership skills</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a <strong>fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>
