Operations Officer - Banking

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to handle straightforward problems and queries relating to Accounts (Opening, Maintenance and Closing); Payments or Loan processing (handling cases promptly and accurately); Escalating complex enquiries or problems to the designated departmental subject matter expert.

The successful skills / experience is essential:

• Prior experience in Customer Service / Operations within a banking or financial services environment.
• Good understanding of either Account opening, Payments or Loans.
• Prior knowledge and understanding of banking legislation, policies, processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £35,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
