At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a high-performing Client Success Manager (CSM) to own client relationships, retention, renewals, and revenue growth for a rapidly scaling marketing agency serving roofing and home services businesses across the United States.
This is not a traditional customer support role.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 50–60 client accounts , guiding each client from onboarding through renewals while identifying opportunities to expand their business.
