<p>Jio is inviting application for the role <strong>Service Delivery Project Manager</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement</strong></p><p>Experience : 05-12 years</p><p>Education: BE/B.Tech and PMP Certificate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management</li><li>Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract</li><li>Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)</li><li>Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle</li><li>Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external</li><li>Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holders</li><li>Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing</li><li>Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects</li></ul>
