Site Supervisor – Construction & Fit‑out

About the roleThe company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on interior fit‑out projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintain high safety and quality standards on site.Key responsibilitiesSupervise daily site works, subcontractors, and labor.Ensure site execution matches approved drawings and specifications.Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.Report site progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.Monitor material deliveries and usage.Required profileDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in Dubai interiors/fit‑out projects.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.Required skillsStrong technical knowledge of joinery.MEP coordination expertise.Experience with interior finishes.What we offerSalary aligned with market standards.On‑site allowances and overtime benefits.
