Qualified Barista – Part-Time / Potential Full-Time
The Coffee Jar – Southampton
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Barista to join our friendly team at The Coffee Jar in Southampton.
This is initially a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, reliability and the potential to take on managerial responsibilities.
About the role
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other drinks, providing excellent customer service and helping to ensure the smooth running of the coffee shop during busy periods.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a qualified and experienced Barista Speak fluent English Live in Southampton Have excellent customer service skills Be punctual and reliable Be trustworthy and responsible Work efficiently in a busy coffee-shop environment Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude and take pride in their work
