Job Description: Creating, editing, and publishing daily short-form vertical video Shooting original content when required (on-course, range, studio, behind-the-scenes) Re-cutting long-form and archive footage into platform-native formats Testing trends, formats, AI tools, and new editing workflows quickly Writing captions that drive reach, watch time, and engagement Iterating based on performance data, not opinions Requirements: A strong reel or body of short-form work (degree not required) Advanced vertical editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut etc) Deep platform fluency and cultural awareness High output, strong taste, minimal hand-holding A real obsession with golf (playing experience strongly preferred) Experience with, or interest in learning, AI tools or programming environments such as Claude Code is a bonus Benefits: Employment benefits Progression opportunities based on output and impact
