*Supervisor with specialization in joinery works*

• Supervise and manage joinery workshop activities related to the fabrication of custom wooden furniture and interior elements (e.g. wardrobes, cabinets, doors, paneling, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure furniture is produced in accordance with design intent.
• Interpret and work from AutoCAD and technical shop drawings with accuracy.
• Allocate daily tasks and supervise a team of carpenters and craftsmen in the workshop and on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within project timelines.
• Monitor material usage and liaise with procurement for timely ordering of supplies.
• Oversee on-site delivery and installation of joinery works, ensuring they meet design specifications and site conditions.
• Enforce safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during production or installation.
• Maintain progress reports and assist in project documentation as needed.
