Location: Remote - CaliforniaPay: $20/hour + 5% sales commission, with potential to increase to 10% based on performance
Hours: 2–8 hours per week initially
About Us
morning mane is a haircare brand inspired by traditional hair oiling rituals. We’re looking for a confident, engaging TikTok Shop LIVE Host to showcase our products and connect with customers through livestream shopping.
Responsibilities
Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions and demonstrate our products.
Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage sales.
Explain product benefits, usage, and promotions.
Maintain a professional, engaging on-camera presence.
Collaborate virtually with the founder on product education and livestream strategy.
Qualifications
Previous livestreaming or on-camera sales experience preferred, especially TikTok Shop LIVE.
Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking on camera.
Professional-quality at-home setup with good lighting, clear audio, and reliable internet.
Familiarity with livestream equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Interest in beauty, haircare, and wellness.
Ability to work independently.
Compensation & Training
$20/hour + 5% commission on qualifying LIVE sales.
Potential to increase commission to 10% based on consistent performance.
Paid virtual training provided by the founder.
Flexible part-time schedule, approximately 2–8 hours weekly, with growth opportunities.
Commission terms will be provided in writing.
