Voice Data Moderator (Remote, Fresh Graduates)

About the roleWe are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our remote team as Arabic Voice Data Moderators. You will play a key part in ensuring that voice and audio content used for AI training meets our quality, safety and policy standards.Key responsibilitiesListen to voice and audio clips and evaluate them against detailed content guidelines.Rate the quality and naturalness of recorded or AI‑generated speech.Document and escalate edge cases with clear reasoning.Maintain consistent moderation logs across batches.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve moderation processes.Required profileNative or C1+ fluency in Arabic.Strong listening comprehension and cultural awareness.Laptop with a stable internet connection.Fresh graduate status; prior moderation, QA or customer support experience is a plus.Required skillsArabic language proficiency (C1+).Excellent auditory discrimination and attention to detail.What we offerFully remote, freelance/contract arrangement.Flexible hours with typical availability of 6‑8 hours per day.Hourly or per‑task compensation.Opportunity to gain experience in AI training and content moderation.
