Job Description:

  • Work directly with Programmatic vendors on new product releases and rollouts
  • Understand evolving programmatic technology across open auction, PMP, and PG, including header bidders and server-side versus client-side implementations
  • Make recommendations and create test plans for programmatic technology and vendors
  • Work with ad product managers and technology teams to implement solutions
  • Evaluate current and new programmatic vendors and make recommendations
  • Vet new programmatic business and partnership opportunities
  • Understand the health of bidder partners to optimize and troubleshoot connections
  • Identify levers to drive improved results and recommend actions
  • Monitor market developments and shifting trends, pivoting operations and the ad stack accordingly
  • Collaborate with ad sales to accommodate PMP and PG deals
  • Evaluate and implement video programmatic initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain ad quality across the portfolio of sites, including managing block lists in an Ad Quality platform
  • Provide quality assurance for site and app releases affecting programmatic revenue
  • Maintain .txt files and compliance and transparency initiatives
  • Act as technical liaison with product and engineering teams and represent programmatic interests
  • Optimize and update header bidding while working with analytics to monitor impact

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP) or other Ad Servers
  • Understanding of programmatic ecosystems and platforms such as Google, Magnite or Index Exchange
  • Strong knowledge of web debugging with tools such as Charles and Chrome Developer Tools
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
  • Experience with JIRA is a positive
  • Ability to address problems with a data driven approach
  • Strong Excel skills are an advantage
  • Experience with BI tools are an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience and success in conducting client meetings
  • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States of America
